I am in for 1 set, and good for whatever size everyone else agrees to. I also agree the 6.3mm is fine, though I like the 9.5mm because it's already proven.

Were you able to make these in 304 stainless? Another idea might be to have them 3D printed to test-fit clearances. It would be so nice to get the awning down in-line with the top of the crossbars.
