Hope this has been solved, but in case it hasn’t: service appointment. I had the same issue on my 2023 and after service adjusted latches it’s worked perfectly. IIRC it had to do with the torque on the latches themselves not any sort of adjustment.
I find it way more ducking annoying that audio ducks for way longer than needed when using navigation chime vs voice. Especially in rapid succession. Anecdotally, it almost feels like the chime duck is the same duration as the voice duck.
Have you had the hub torque service completed? I had similar (not two clicks exactly but similar sounds) and tint washer and hub torque seemed to have resolved it. I’m still trying to figure out another apparently unrelated issue but they all sound so similar to me it’s hard to diagnose.
Just go to Starbucks and measure some in the parking lot…

Measurements (with a measuring tape, I don’t have calipers) are 3.5” wide by 1.25” thick.
Like many people, I have many requests. My minor one is that the charge door open / close automatically without touch. Something like what Tesla has done (I own a 2016 Model S too). Especially at home, if I unplug, close the dang door. Or maybe at home I need to plug in - open it! Obviously it...
