The moved the wheelbase back so the second row could have more leg room. It's a selling point of the R2. It would be difficult to add a third row at this point as well as reduce a benefit with a cramped third row.
I've been spending 1900 on student loans that finally end next month. that's why I was on a minimum coverage. I only buy things I like, want, and will care for and wouldn't trust a Bolt making it through snow in RI.
I get where you are coming from, but no, car will die before then so I have to get a car anyway and Borealis matters more than it should. I treat any car as a cost I don't plan to get back so depreciation doesn't mean anything to me as I will keep the car for 10 years and with the battery...
Really depends what bio materials you're using and how accessible it is to animals. Feel like it'd be harder to get into an EV to chew wires. I could be wrong though.
I think the only benefit may be you get a higher chance to move up the line, but as it will be a mass produced car, I don't see it having much impact as even now the order is more reliant of other information and chance.

Dude, I know most people on this forum are married with dual incomes, own their house, and are pretty well situated in life, but I live in a part of America where 100k household is considered poverty, I don't have dual income and still fairly young. Yes, 200 on an 8k car is expensive to me...
Just checked my coverage. The only thing I can really change is bodily injury in an accident which is already at 60k. Can't really change much else, so yes, I have a lot of coverage with what I currently have.
I only have 1 car. So it's just the R2 once I get it. I currently now live in Maryland but I visit NOVA a lot still. Even so. There is no reason for the quote to jump up so high in a few months. I'll get one more quote once I put in my order and get a vin, but will be looking for an alternative...
I'm going to guess you live outside NOVA. Insurance is pretty high in the DMV because traffic (and people not knowing how to drive), but $300 is probably the most I'd expect. I seriously don't know what USAA is smoking. They're supposed to have the best coverage, service, and pricing but with...
First time buyer, but don't live in CA. 😭 Maryland has a sales tax exemption but only on cars under 50k which not many EVs in that price range that people want (or at least I'd want as most just pushes past 50k that I would consider buying).
I think there is a reason for it as I send out newsletters for a non-profit. Openings and engagement rates are high on Tuesdays for our newsletters. My guess is fri-sun people check mail less due to the weekend and activities, Monday, people catch up on mail from the weekend. Wed-Thurs, the...
That is interesting with the requiring name and e-mail. I've been to Tyson's often and that was never a requirement for that space so has to be something to do with the R2. I also agree that it doesn't work in their favor to stay on track with how far you have to walk to the vehicle which cuts...
