Lucky to have most of our electricity come from hydro and 12KW of solar on the roof. 2 EVs on their chargers in the garage. We are set until our batteries wear out....
Original Pirells replaced on my 23 quad model T at 31 K. Was told I needed an alignment by my Les Schwab so I drove to Rivian SC in Richmond, BC and had that done. Now at 37K, I have had one free rotation and I am driving on quieter Les Schwab tires.
As I view this forum, my model T shows it parked in MY garage but reads out as my neighbors address. Now I have a current Garmin receiver on its windshield and it reads out my current address... When visitors show up at the neighbors, I know they are using Google to navigate..
I have 5 doors programmed but I have to be careful as I drive within range, that the correct door shows up on the screen. Can't tell you how many times that I have opened the wrong door by just pressing the wrong door when it comes up on the screen...
We live about 50 miles south of the Canadian border and just made reservations for Thanksgiving dinner in Vancouver. We don't expect to see snow this time of the year just going to Canada in my 23 model T...
I have been driving for business since 1980 and amassed over 3 million miles, pretty much on Toyo tires. One hundred percent have used Les Schwab for tires. I was very strict with rotating tires and oil changes at 5K, back in the day. ALWAYS, used front to back rotations and even got up to...
My gen one model T thinks it lives next door on a church parking lot. It shows wrong address and the wrong driveway to access the garage. Been trying for 2 plus years to get Google to listen.
If we get this new app in the gen ones, do you think this can be corrected?
Last month's trip across the US from east to west cost me, $47.74 in NC, $37.90 in Illinois, and about ($20.00 in West Virginia which was all paid in cash). Just over $100 for the privilege of driving on interstate highways in my model T.
I used ST. Regis for a second time the night of the 4th of July. I was the only one there and it was really scary for my granddaughter because the volunteer fire department used an adjacent space to launch all their fireworks. The whole time we were there, they fired fireworks.
In the last 5 weeks I crossed the US twice. I just counted up how many times I charged getting back to the Pacific. 15 times and because I joined the "Tesla club", 12 of the chargers I used were Tesla. I believe I only stopped at 2 Tesla SCs that were V-4. The rest were V-3. I can tell you...
I live in Skagit county and traveled to the Atlantic and back 6 weeks ago. I wanted to use the new Ionna rechargeries but I was not impressed. They are hard to find and the one in Apex, NC, I used twice. From what I read on this forum. they were to be plug and play for us of the Rivian clan...
