Generally works as expected. But at home, still frustrating. I assume related to the vehicle behind asleep. I’ve gone back to keeping the fob on me for predictable unlock behavior at home. Really a bummer.

The suspension noise sucks. Completely cheapens the experience of driving the Rivian. Hollow clunking noise that service can not address.

How did you finally get them to diagnose that as the solution?

Can consistently get the “clunk” when cruising on the freeway then needing to accelerate very quickly. But it’s more of a shudder. It’s like the gear step down on a non-EV — that just feels abnormal because the power is usually linear and smooth.

Gen 2. Also a 12 Pro. When you slow, does that mean that eventually it would unlock without intervention? I found that in some cases I had to physically take the phone out of my pocket and open the Rivian app to wake.

I picked up a fob for our R1S and have completely disabled phone key for proximity. When relying on phone only, there were too many instances where I would walk up to the vehicle and I would end up standing next to it, waiting for an unlock. The fob has been much more reliable for day to day...

Just got this installed. Easy install. Now trying to decide if I should go through the hassle of trying to tuck the wire back down and behind the dashboard. Would recommend.

How much power is the phone actually charging at with the included charger?

If this is still available, I am in Seattle and would take it.
