Upon inspection it looks like the 12v port itself has arc’ed/shorted.

The 12V port previously worked with the outlet switch off - regardless, it still does not work with the outlet switch on or off. My 120V outlets are functional. I have plugged multiple devices into the port, and none are functional.

I went to use my rear cigarette lighter and realized it is no longer functioning. My R1S is a gen 2, so there aren't any fuses - correct? It is not convenient for me to get to a service center, so I'd attempt to repair it myself, but I don't know where to look. Any Ideas?

I think it is more of a quality issue with the finish. I've owned my Tri Max for 4 days - on delivery I noticed chips in the bronze trim on the headrest. Now day 4 and I'm noticing the trim on the driver door(same material/coating) is already chipped in two places - it was not on delivery.
