    Hi owners, I picked up 2024 R1S. Never had issue with this on previous 2023 R1S. My delivery guide told me when all 3 doors are closed, the 4th door takes an extra hard push to fully close it.     My R1S temperature was 10 degrees higher than reality. Itā€™s always off telling the outside temperature. Other owners experience the same readings?

  4. 3m Crystalline 60% vs 70% tint for front windshield?

    Does anyone have pictures of 3M Crystalline 60 vs 70? I am debating putting 60 on the front windshield. But donā€™t know looking from the inside, if it will produce a brown hue. Anyone know at which level (40, 50 or 60) it starts getting brown?

  5. Will gear guard be on if you’re sitting in vehicle and locked?

    I understand that gear guard only records when the vehicle is locked. But if youā€™re sitting in your car and then you lock it, with infotainment on, will it still record?

  9. Removing Rivian center caps?

    Has anyone figured out how to remove the Rivian center caps that you purchase from gear shop? I tried using the plastic removal tool that I use for car interior but itā€™s not budging. I donā€™t want to scratch the wheels with a wrapped flathead screwdriver.

  10. Vehicle turns off

    When I leave the vehicle, even with people in the car, the vehicle turns off. No AC. I tried leaving the keys with someone but the vehicle still turns off. No AC. Is there a setting I have to do to make sure things stay on?

  11. 2nd row headrest removal difficult?

    I am having a difficult time removing the 2nd row headrests. Is there a better way to remove them? Itā€™s very difficult pushing the right indented button. Not sure why they designed it this way.

    My keycard only opens the driver side. Is there a way to set it to open any door?

  15. What’s this meaning in 3rd row

    It feels cold back there but the icons in the 3rd row look different from the icons in the 2nd row. So Iā€™m not supposed to get AC back there?

    Is it possible to lock the rear windows only? When I lock the passenger windows, it locks all of them, including the passenger window, which I donā€™t want to do.

    The front windshield can defrost (red) and defog (blue). But the rear windshield can only defrost (red)? I didnā€™t see blue icon for rear. Is the orange circled different? Looks independent on the heat icon for the windshield vs the windshield button itself.

    Does the ā€œrestoreā€ only work when the vehicle is parked?

  19. Gear Guard actually uses quite a bit of battery

    I charged to 80% and parked for 4 days. Came back and it was 66%. Didnā€™t drive for 4 days. I didnā€™t know the cameras used that much battery.
