Yowza. That’s far. I was able to get A/C working by turning on the third row fan—not sure why this works, but it does. A/C doesn’t kick in at all if it’s just the first and/or second rows, so something is not right. This tip won’t help R1T drivers but may help if your R1S v2 has a/c on the fritz.

I was having the proximity sensor issues so I started installing this around 8:30 this AM. It's 9:35 and the update is stuck at 7%. My wife needs the car in 20 mins and I might be in the doghouse if she can't use it. I'm guessing it's really bad to try to abort an update?

Took delivery last Saturday and it is indeed great! More than I need, which is a first for me. I was comfy enough in the Mach-E for shorter drives, but didn't exactly enjoy 8-hour days driving it cross country. Shouldn't be a problem in the R1S.

I took delivery today of an inventory R1S and didn’t get an adapter. The guides said I’d get an email soon to confirm shipping address etc. and it should only be a few weeks from now. I have the Ford NACS adapter so no big deal on my end, I can be patient.

Taking delivery of a '25 R1S on Saturday so I may get it, may not—I'm not worried since I have the Ford NACS adapter I can use in a pinch. I think during my demo drive they mentioned getting it within a month of taking delivery. Will keep folks here posted.

Are any of the options discussed here good for bikes with fenders? The GuideRail specifically says no to fendered bikes.
