Cold weather Kills the battery!
250 miles drive in 16-20 degrees, with pretty gusty wind. No precip. Good speeds, up to 80 mph. Averaged 1.47 miles/Kw About a 30-40% drop from norm. R1S.- DynoSaur

Recent R1S builds has only 2 Tie Downs?
In PR / Promo / early builds for show they all had 4 so the expectation was set there. I do typically use all 4 for a cargo net that anchors in all 4 corners. I received 2 in my delivery. Asked my guide about it and she recommended just asking Service to provide 2 more. So I opened a support...- DynoSaur

Charging behavior on 39.1+ Breaker tripping?
Interesting. Iāve charged once, same Amperage and breaker. But have not tripped. Only charged for like 30 minutes though. Will report back after the next major charge. -

39.1 OTA bugs (compressor, audio controls, etc.)
Just adding a data point here. R1S. updated to 39.1 overnight. Haven't driven it today, but checked and compressor display is on, and works when starting.- DynoSaur

Windows Calibration
Good info if I run into that one. I had a different window issue - which was also resolved by the recalibration. One of my windows would not auto-up all the way. It would stop 3/4 of the way up. I would have to roll the window all the way down then "manually" roll it up. Sometimes it would... -

For anyone looking for personal experience with it: Rivian Wall Charger, installed today by licensed electrician. 60A breaker 6 gauge wire 3/4ā pvc conduit Setup of charger in app was easy. Appears to be at 11.4 kW Rivian auto set to and maintaining 48A Getting 23-24 miles/hour- DynoSaur

Good feedback! Yeah, I was actual pleasantly surpised at the range going pretty speedy with the wind resistance effect on range. One of my biggest trepidations was the effect of my lead foot combined with high speed Texas roads affecting range. Knowledge is power. More experience = better...- DynoSaur

Return Trip North Dallas to Austin Charged to 100% Conserve mode entire way mostly light acceleration, with some gap shooting. mostly 75-85+ ( nod to @kanundrum, I did some gap shooting in conserve and it was plenty good. But no ā I told you soās ā please ) 0 stops to charge. of note...- DynoSaur

Window in: Mainly that I kept seeing efficiency around town well below 2. Like 1.6ish Iām new to EVs. Itās a new car. only a few R1Ss with little annecdotal evidence yet.
