    I have very similar probably a bit worse and went through every fix I could thinks of. Fill it and wrap it is probably the most cost effective, I went with stealth PPF for $100 it doesnā€™t make it go away it just tones it down so itā€™s not quite as obvious.

    I have an early VIN R1S and have had no issues. Kneel mode might seem sporadic as it will cancel if you open a door as itā€™s kneeling, if I wait itā€™s never failed.

    Unreasonable extra costs

    I insure 5 vehicles with Liberty including R1S for $4k. Ownership tax (plates)in CO is horrific I once paid well over $3k for a Mercedes AMG GT S. Iā€™m in the process of taking them to court re. their refund/credit stance when you change vehicles.

    Dodge had the same issue on Hellcats for a while just a batch of bad batteries, it happens on ICE vehicles as well.

    Fluid Leak

    Found a bluish green patch of oil under the front of my R1S today. Iā€™ve raised a ticket but just wondered if anyone has had similar. Itā€™s front passenger side in line with the tow hook about 1-1.5 feet under the car. Amount lost, a few mls. Iā€™ve looked underneath and canā€™t see anything.

    Having owned two Teslas the build quality of my Rivian is 10x worse than either of them, itā€™s not hypocrisy to order from a manufacturer that, based on my own experience offers significantly better build quality. Thank you for helping me see the error of my ways.

    Thank you so much for schooling me on that, you obviously know far more about cars than I ever will. Curious to know why youā€™ve been in a few when you obviously have such a dim view of them.

    Okay, I have an interesting one for front of dash rattles. Try rattling the plastic trim piece that holds the windscreen washers, the one on the edge of the hood, it rattles like crazy, itā€™s also next to the HVAC air intake and itā€™s quite likely this will transmit the sound causing a rattle...

    I had a lot of rattles that were hard to pinpoint, SC stripped all doors as they said it was the wiring loom in the door rattling around, this fixed about 85% of my rattles.

    I have a Cyberbeast on order just waiting for my VIN, my R1S is an early VIN 16** and itā€™s been great but has many many build quality issues, if they do a refresh and it includes a better screwed together interior, better overall build, improved cameras and a 1000 hp+ tri or quad motor Iā€™ll...

    Denver had my R1S twice, best service Iā€™ve experienced with any manufacturer. One personā€™s ā€œrush jobā€ is anotherā€™s efficient.

    I have a Tesla charger I had installed in 2020, I only set the schedule on the Rivian and have never had a problem, donā€™t even know if I can set the charger.
