It’s supposed to drop automatically (unless it’s a decline, it might not do it). If it’s having issues on an incline or flat surface I would suggest logging a SR. I actually had my alignment done at the SC. You can call Rivian and they have a list of approved shops. In my case, there was only 1 within 400 miles of me (and I live in Jacksonville, Fl). Disappointed Again
That is correct. I sent payment/tracking literally 24 hours prior to delivery and the payment was sent to California from Florida overnight and I received the truck before my payment was delivered via fedex. I just had to provide pictures of the checks and the tracking information.
