  1. Camping and sleeping in the R1S - a success story

    I have a two night camping trip in a few weeks where I plan on sleeping in my S at the lower temp (61?) for each night. I presume it will be in the 40s overnight. Would I be safe in assuming I'd be safe if I plan on reserving 50 miles for the two nights?

    I'm in the same boat with panels removed after sliders installed, but was told the vehicle can be lifted from the sliders. Can you just do that?

    You need to have a service ticket to fix - I had something similar and the silver mount was slightly out of alignment. Took two service appointments to resolve for me.

    Even with all the space in the R1S, with the four of us and two labs, it keeps us from stashing our bags in the interior (between legs..). Tons of room between the front trunk and the top.

    I installed the Weistec DCE sliders on Monday. Very solid construction and my family loves the egress improvement.

  15. Just Bought a Set of the 20 inch Brights

    I had the standard 20" rims for the R1T spec'd out for my R1S and went with the brights in the end. I am really happy with the choice now with my forrest green paint choice. It needs some bright there!

  17. The Perfect Rivian Vacuum.

    It's decent for everyday cleaning but would never replace a shop vac for heavier duty cleanings after a trip for instance. Size is perfect.

    I was skeptical at first, but was offered more than all other options and everything was super smooth. I would have taken less to just have them take care of everything - but it was a bonus to get even more!
