Tesla can charge at non Tesla SC with exception of RAN SC. They are not limited by this decision, albeit the Tesla SC network is most reliable and preferred. I believe Ford/Rivian are better position to other brands whose access to Tesla SC network has not been finalized.

Hello- sorry for the trouble. We have Tesla wall chargers from our prior vehicle with 60a breakers and have been able to achieve up to 11kw charging rate (48a setting) with our R1S. Good luck with the troubleshooting.
