Mind sharing which local tire place you went to and how was it?

Did you check online for the status? I filed and mailed Nov 28 and just got mine a couple of weeks back. Actually showed up as received Dec 12 online so the 16 to 20 week period is spot on.

Seems to have been better for me. Anecdotal but for the past few instances, I never had to pull out my phone and the car just opened up whereas previously, I had to sometimes pull out the phone or in some instances even unlock and open the rivian app.

I did the same but eventually said effit.... Installed the update a couple of days ago 42.1 (version after it was pulled and posted again but with a different hash). So far I haven't seen anything or experienced anything abnormal. Electrafi shows multiple installs also for the past few days...

I got reprompted again an hour ago after losing the notification over the weekend. I'm holding off on updating after reading about the issues. How has your update been so far? I know it's just been short but hopefully you have not had any problems. Am in an R1S also.

Looks the same to me. I have been bugged every time I jump in the car to update to 42.1 for the past week. Shows both in the phone and in the center display which I always cancel out. This morning, I stopped seeing that message and the same notification for the update in the phone also...

Too late... dropped them into the R1S day I took delivery. I'll still email, but thanks man.

Oh man! And I just bought mine late last week. Does it mean that I have the older version? I still have them in the box as I still haven't taken delivery yet. I'm also in MD and would drive to where you are if I can get it exchanged if at all possible.
