  1. Ford "PRICE WAR" drives RIVN under $10

At what point does Amazon buy the Company?
  2. EV Tax Credit

While RIVIAN is saying the R2 will qualify for the $7500 tax credit, there is no guarantee that the credit will still exist in 2026. Trump clearly does not like Electric cars (among other things he thinks they only can run for 15 minutes) and giving owners a large credit may disappear.
  3. R2 production to be at Normal plant!

Did they say how many R2’s they could produce in 2026 assuming first cars are delivered in May/June 2026? I’m assuming ( do not currently own a RIVIAN) I will see my R2 late 2026 or Spring 2027. That is so far off a lot can happen before then.
  4. RIVIAN STOCK

This was a note I wrote 2 years ago. Now they have no problems delivering but the rest of the note is still an issue.
  5. R1S Auction Prices Coming Down

One RIS just sold for under $100k
  6. Failed R1T auction: High bid price of $85K doesn't meet reserve

RIS just sold for $105k on Cars and Bid. This is the first major price drop. Even with fees this was under $110k.
  7. 📊 Q3 2022 Rivian Production Stats: 7,363 Built and 6,584 Delivered

Based on RIVIAN saying they have seen major increases in their cost one can assume prices will go up 5-8% for Deposits taken without any pricing. So RIT’s selling on line for over $100k will be the new retail in 2023-2024.
  8. Maryland DMV area R1T FOR SALE

Today an RIT sold, on Cars and Bids, for $95k. About the same price as an RIT with the new 2022 pricing.
  9. R1S Delivery Update Email (June 30, 2022)

Do you really think they will deliver any RIS before the end of the year??
  10. RIVIAN STOCK

Based on the price now If the stock goes to $17 after hours a 30% premium would be just over $22. Would a GM or other major Car Mfg step in to buy the company?
  11. RIVIAN STOCK

I agree with you on the 25,000 number. However, you would think that they would have given the street the lowest possible number so that they could exceed that number. But so far they have not met one delivery date so who knows what the real number will be. If they announced 20,000 in the next...
  12. RIVIAN STOCK

If they announce bad results the stock will be $25 or lower. They currently have no good news to announce. The recent delays with interior colors has not helped. It just looks like a great design company that cannot deliver anything on time. You almost wish that a major car brand would buy the...
  13. Ocean Coast & Forest Edge interiors delayed. RJ making announcement this week.

Fall 2022, based on previous RIVIAN timing, means March 21-June 21,2023. They will announce any further delays after the next Earnings announcement.
  14. RIVIAN STOCK

RJ may be “solid” but they need a real CEO. I have said before they need someone who has run a large organization and understands how to communicate. RJ should concentrate on Design and Innovation. They still cannot deliver the RIS.
  15. Rivian Raises Target IPO Price (RIVN)

Yes I do. The RIS will eventually be delivered but it is certainly delayed beyond what anyone thought last year. Not even a mention on the Call. I cancelled my 9/20 LE Reservation last Fall and bought a Taycan Cross Turismo. However, I never thought the stock would hit $37.50. I sold at $88...
  16. Rivian's Future

The only way to fight the short sellers is to some day deliver cars. Delivering cars to customers has been a major, problem for I agree with you. They also need a real CEO who can run the company and deal with the Stockholders. RJ could then concentrate on Manufacturing and Design. I’m...
  17. "day one" of "not a good day" for $RIVN

Good post but why would you expect RIVIAN to more effectively communicate with the Capital Markets? They make nice Cars but do not know how to communicate with anyone. IF they start delivering vehicles in the Spring then maybe the stock recovers.
  18. The "news" did not change the price of $RIVN.

Every article this morning says the stock is falling based on: 1. The COO unannounced retirement. 2. In Mid Dec they forecasted 1200 trucks would be made and they missed that number 2 weeks later by 15%. How do you miss by 15% 2 weeks later?Their forecasting is as good as their communication...
  19. "day one" of "not a good day" for $RIVN

Stock dropping to $78 after hours. In another case of RIVIAN not communicating it was just announced that the COO left the company weeks ago and they never disclosed that info. A well run company would immediately have announced the number two Officer leaving the company the same day...
