Hi all, I'm one of the mods on r/Rivian. We did hold a poll to see if people wanted to participate in the blackout and most people said yes. We're only doing the 48hr blackout rather than indefinitely, so it'll be open again tomorrow.- MarkieSharkie

So my truck just arrived at the SF service center yesterday (shipped on the train about 3 weeks ago)! Guide originally gave a conservative estimate of 6-8 weeks, so this is wayyy earlier. Should be getting it this weekend or early next week! -

Nice! I've already chatted with my Guide, signed PBA, and my config is soft-locked. Just waiting for the truck to be in inspections and then I'll get the 8 steps and my Guide will update me. -

Howdy. I got narrowed from July-Sept to Aug-Sept. Noticed a lot of people who also previously had July-Sept got bumped to Oct-Dec, yikes. UPDATE Posted here on Wednesday and got invited to the R1 Shop + Guide assigned + "A Seamless Process" email all on Friday. Got access to the shop Saturday... -

Just FYI, some people have gotten the email but are already in purchasing process. I know of one even with an assigned VIN and knows the truck's SC location (it's being moved from one to another). Probably just an error. -

Sigh, I really don't understand this. I ordered a full year before you, with Adv+FE in SF (I live 15min from that center). I also have an earlier delivery window than you. And still no guide. Either way, congrats, but this is frustrating to watch (as it is for a lot of other people too). -

R1T's spotted at South San Francisco Service Center
I can confirm that's just a regular Ford van. I drive by there weekly (I drop my dog off at daycare down the street) and I've seen it each time.
