    That is a shame. Premium cars/trucks should receive premium service. Most dealership will clean your car when in for warranty work.

    Yes, my original May/June was pushed back to Nov/Dec. I believe several received similar emails. I have the OC interior, so I am sure that is part of the issue.

    I feel the same way. I do not want black interior and really like the way the OC looks. So I will wait as well.

    Well all we can do at this point, is to look on the bright side. All the flaws should be fixed by the time OC customers get their vehicles.

    You would think the supplier would have told them, way before now. I can't imagine this just hit the radar. It is not usual to not offer all the options when introducing a new product, so production is at its peak. Just a little frustrated, but not the end of world. I will just patiently wait.

    I also ordered OC. I just chatted with Kelsey in Cust. Serv. and she said there are no delays for OC customers. I sent her a copy of your post and she still said no delays that they are aware of, that I am still scheduled for May/June. ??

    RJ did the right thing with integrity. I have always told my employees that we will make mistakes from time to time because we are human. It is how quickly we resolve the error that will be remembered.
