Similar but different issue for me. I have a Rivian charger, and my R1T won't derate to a lower amperage. Instead, it blows a fuse. If I lower the rate to 36 amps instead of 48, it charges normally.
Well, I'm also someone who had a deposit down for the original lauch edition for a little less than two years and has owned an R1T for 3.5 years now, and it is the best vehicle I have ever owned, by far. In addition, in literally **every single conversation** that I have had with other Rivian...
My R1T is a 2022. When we initially purchased it, we also kept our ICE for the same concern. We're about an hour away from our local service center.
I sold our ICE last week. It is definitely not necessary. If you need to take your car to the service center, you can eiter ask for a loaner...
Yeah, I have the Michelin LTX Platinums AS. They replaced the OEM Pirelli Scorpions AT.
The Michelins are a little bit heavier, but the range is a little bit better (more friendly tread pattern) and the road noise is a **-lot** better. This past winter we had a decent bit of snow, and it...
So I had a service center appointment for this but also for another unrelated item. And while the people at the service center in Knightdale were great and they did a fine job with my R1T, they were unable to duplicate this specific problem and thus they couldn't fix it.
It happened modestly...
I have gotten the same thing, System Fault Detected, several times. Since the last software update I haven't seen it.
I have an SC appointment this week for a separate issue, and I'll bring it up to them and see what they say.
Replaced the 20" AT Pirellis at 33, 500 with AS Michelins. I rotated the tires every 8K.
I probably could have coaxed another couple of thousand miles out of the original tires, but I had a long road trip coming up and didn't want to chance it.
I purchased the Michelin Defender Platinum after getting 32K with the stock Pirellis. Just did my first rotation with the Michelins, and so far so good. They are **much* quieter on the highways. Range is pretty much unchanged.
Similar issue with me, although not to the same extent.. 2022 R1T. Three or four times this year, streaming services have shut off, sometimes in the middle of a drive. Maps also went blank, with no street names and no navigation possible. Even resetting the infotainment didn't resolve the...

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, for the first time ever, I ran into a full house at the Greenville, SC RAN. With so many trucks/SUVs charging, I was only getting 50kwH, which really slowed down our trip. I ended up just charging enough...
I have two Rivian wall chargers that I use in two different locations. They aren't very good. One started blowing a fuse every time I used it, so Rivian replaced it with a new charger. According to Rivian, the first one was defective. The second charger has worked better, though I had to...
Exact same thing happened to me on a 6 hour trip. It was losing air, but verrry slowly. I left the bolt in the tire, but monitored the pressure constantly. The tire lost about 2 lbs for the whole trip. I repaired the tire after returning home from the trip and leak was a little more pronounced.
