Do you guys just plug the Ionna directly into your rivian to start charging? Mine seem to fail when I do that and so I have to start the charge via the Chargepoint app.

This happened to me seemingly randomly a year ago. While at the service center for something else, they checked the vehicle logs and said something about the bluetooth module kept crashing and basically caused the issue. They cleared something and never had this issue since.

My sentiments exactly! Huge missed opportunity for Rivians and what it can bring to the overland experience. I only noticed an R1T from Factor55's booth. They were selling the straps but that's about it. Would love to see a Rivian specific set up and different options available to us.
