  1. Powered 40 qt Frunk Cooler and 12 gal Water Tank w/ washdown sprayer concept (by @BoxGods)

I agree. Not sure why you don't want to use Kickstarter -- the advantage is your initial investment is building out the Kickstarter page -- and at the end of the campaign you know if you have enough interest or not. Post campaign you can sell directly if you want to keep building units -- or if...
  2. Powered 40 qt Frunk Cooler and 12 gal Water Tank w/ washdown sprayer concept (by @BoxGods)

The CC will be around 3% for this price point -- but the CC will be what the CC is. :) I think your approach to getting feedback here on the forum first is spot on! Ideally you have gotten enough feedback to know what your potential customers want (and don't want), have refined how you position...
  3. Powered 40 qt Frunk Cooler and 12 gal Water Tank w/ washdown sprayer concept (by @BoxGods)

@BoxGods - I ran a successful Kickstarter[1] a number of years ago. They take 5% on top of the CC fees. I think the 5% is fair and ensures you actually get all the pledged money so you are not trying to collect after making a large investment. Happy to share my experience if you are interested...

  5. Powered 40 qt Frunk Cooler and 12 gal Water Tank w/ washdown sprayer concept (by @BoxGods)

I love the water tank! While the electric cooler is "cool" -- I would likely go with a well insulated conventional cooler. I think I would have to be out on an adventure for a long time for the compressor component to outperform the same volume of ice.
  6. Video: Alexa opening and closing front trunk on R1T

Voice control has become standard in premium vehicles. I’m glad they are using Alexa rather than rolling their own. Voice interfaces are hard. Let’s them spend more time on other features.
  7. Ford F-150 Reveal

Given there partnership with Ford, I'm hoping Rivian is looking to incorporate some great features: A 30A 220V plug (part of PowerBoost), trailer backup overlay, tailgate workbench, self driving, 360 degree lighting. I did not see these details in much of the press coverage, I had to watch the...
  8. Towing Airstream Classic

This goes counter to the point that towing capacity was limited by range reduction.
  9. Towing Airstream Classic

Hmmm. The R1S has the same range, but the towing capacity is much lower at 7,700 lbs.
