Can you open the tailgate (rear door that swings up) from the app I see an button for the frunk but not the tailgate

My R1S arrived at the service center on Feb 4th and still hasn’t cleared Pre delivery inspection. Those of you who recently took delivery how long did it take from when the vehicle arrived at the service center to when it cleared inspection.

Has anyone received a first half of 2023 estimate for an R1S and surprisingly already receive a configuration confirmation email? If so can you attribute it to anything done to expedite it? Like changing your configuration, visiting an SC or contacting a particular party? Please share details...
