I linked Alexa in my R1S and it responds to all commands, makes calls, weather etc but when I ask to play music - Alexa says " playing station" but nothing plays. Is there a simple fix, or do I need to put in a ticket.

Also, my dog likes to rest its head or stand up between the two heads rests of the second row. Would be nice to have a small section that I can pull over between the two head rests.

Yes. Tried both. Everything I get in the car, I get a prompt to present the card key. Finally tried the solution somebody mentioned on this thread , to turn on airplane mode and turn off. That seems to work for now.
Experiencing the issue mentioned in this thread. Got the vehicle on friday.
The phone key worked fine for a couple of days. Today wanted to try out the card key and used it to unlock and start the car. But know, the car is always expecting to have activate the car using the card. Doesn't seem...
It sucks that the process seems so random. For those of you still waiting to get a guide, a sure way to get a guide assigned is to put in a additional reservation for a truck and you will have a guide assigned in no time.
I think that is the reason we see a bunch show up on the shop. Rivian probably figured out that they have a higher chance of closing/completing the sale via the shop with a upcharge.
Are the cars showing up in the shop configurations from cancelled reservations or is separate line of production? I would think that Rivian is 100% focused on producing and delivering to reservation holders.
Can't wait. Finished the last few steps. uploaded check images, insurance confirmed and have the home charger installed.

To answer your question, i scheduled a call a day after my test drive and during the call she mentioned that she will submit a request for shop access. 2 days later got my access, picked a car and VIN assigned.
If you have a Guide, schedule a call with them to discuss next steps.
(As soon as my guide was assigned, i received an email where i could schedule a call with them)
