The prototype didnt cover the rails. I wish it did. I wouldn’t mind having to lift the cover to use the tie downs. I would rather not have to clean puke from the rails though :)
UPDATE: Canvasback has launched the product and has sent me links to it and to the accessories that you all asked about. They are reading this thread, so use it to give them feedback.

Back in late February, I contacted Canvasback, Inc. to ask them if they had an R1S cargo cover that covered the gaps between the rows when the seats were down...
My reply to this was merged into the post above. I just measured the height to the top of the crossbars in standard height and it was 6’3.25” (or 75.25” or 191.135cm).
Hi All, here are some shots of my 3 week old 2023 Rivian R1S LE in LA Silver with BM interior and 20” Dark AT rims and tires. I also added the Rivian Cross Bars today (piece of cake). Thanks to my amazing Rivian Guide Christina S. for all the help!
I just drove it for the first time after installing them. It was <40MPH around town, but I honestly didn’t notice any additional wind noise. Maybe on the highway I will. I tend to notice stuff like that less then the average poster though.
