I had to take my R1S Gen 1 to a service center for a suspension issue (2.5 hour drive from me) and the afternoon I got home my key stopped working and you can see by looking at the screen it could sense the battery life but it does not work. I did replace the battery, just in case, but nada . ...
I received an email today with a timeframe window too. Did anyone else get one? I received the one from RJ and then this one at 11a CT. I had made updates a few minutes prior to add floor mats, so not sure if that kicked off the email or if it was purely coincidental?
