I am not aware of this. so far they are limited with things they can do in general. it's going to be a slow ramp up, from what I gathered.

I can confirm the address is 2531 E. State st, Trenton NJ 08619 the SC is not operational yet, hence no street signs or other info. But it's getting VERY CLOSE to opening. Small teaser :)
