I ordered my R1S back on 12/3/18 and finally got to pick mine up 8 days ago. So, there's hope for those of you still waiting from the early days.

Ugh, got a rock chip today, front and nearly center below the light bar, while driving on the 405 today. First time I took it out on the freeway and I still have it under 100 miles driven. Oh well, at least it was pristine for exactly a week!

I also got Meridian on mine when I took delivery last Sunday. It was built in mid Feb too.

That’s still roughly 1.5 - 2 months of battery life before it’s all drained from 100%. I say that in jest. I completely agree with you that they need to focus on fixing/minimizing this unnecessary drain ASAP!

Yeah, the problem with forums is that important things can easily get lost in the noise (e.g., with the typical reactions you provided). We want any problems to be exposed to the people who can fix them, rather than to others who simply want to rationalize them or provide excuses.
