My never-ending air suspension issue.
From day one my vehicle was leaning to the front passenger side. It would be anywhere from 1" to 1.5" lower than they rest of the vehicle. After several complains, several tries, and several visits they fixed the issue by replacing the air ride manifold...
I'm interested in what the service center had to say. After getting an appointment my service center told me this is normal. Rivian made enchantments to the regen on the previous update (2022.47 I believe) and that it's operating normally. I expressed my concern that maybe they should take...
What is considered very cold weather? I believe it was in the 50s and I was driving for about 30-45 minutes prior. This is my first EV so I’m new to all this.
Funny I was in Yosemite in November the weather was down in the 20s after driving the vehicle for a half hour the battery warmed up and...
Just seeing if anyone have traveled to or from Solvang? I visited the area from Los Angeles. I went up and back down the 154. With a 50% charge on my battery I was surprised my regen was reduced to around 20% driving down the mountain.
I was under the impression regen reduction should only...
I just took a trip to Solvang, Ca. I decided to take the 154 home which is a winding downhill mountain road. With a 53% state of charge, temps in the 50s my regen was limited to about 20%. I’m not sure if I should call in a support ticket or if this is normal behavior. I’m still on software...
I've experiencing the same random regen issue after the update. To me it's a safety issue since the regen is reduced without warning. I asked them if they could roll my vehicle back to the previous update. But they said that's not an option, I will just have to wait for a fix.
I agree. I installed 2022.47.0 and I'm experiencing unexplained regen reduction. My service center told me their fleet vehicles are experiencing the same regen reduction after the update. They believe it's due to the update and said it should be address in the next update.
I had the same issue. It took 3 repeat visits at the service center before they dived deep into the issue. Turned out to be a leak in the air distribution manifold. After they replaced it and recalibrated my vehicle I’ve been good.
I 100% agree with you. With the sudden change in the regen I’m experiencing I don’t really trust it. It’s not safe. I almost reared someone because the regen became so weak.
Rivian asked me to only charge the battery to 70 % to see if it still happens. I did receive the error once more.
the next day I charged the battery to 75% and received no error. The only thing I did differently was I stopped the charge via the app first before unplugging. I usually just unplug...
More error messages popping up since I installed the update. Now it is telling me the regen is reduced due to high battery charge. Battery is at 73%. Sent the images and video to customer service. Asked if they can request a software rollback. They are telling me the engineers are investigating...
