Well . . . there’s nothing prohibiting you from selling it. They just don’t have to honor it if it was sold. Maybe not the smartest investment. Of course, they don’t have to honor your preorder reservation at all at their discretion, per the agreement.

That's certainly one way to look at it. There would be other people who will say we can't afford to delay the conversion from ICE to EV, and placing new regulations exclusively on vehicles that represent only 1% of the cars on the road may lead to that delay.

That's forest green, mate. Here's a better look at the gear tunnel. Pretty clear match with all the other forest green R1Ts we have seen. We still haven't seen a real launch green vehicle.
