I am assuming the Rivian issued adapter should be compatible with other EV brands that have access to Superchargers. Has anyone tried theirs on any EV besides R1?
GR
Have you or others seen more reports of this happening? I got my adapter a couple of weeks ago, but haven't gotten around to test it at a nearby compatible SC. It sounds like I will need to just in case as I am planning road trip with my R1S in the summer.

Thanks. I was playing with Tesla's website and noticed some Superchargers are cheaper than RAN. That's why I wondered if that already reflects the subscription discount.

Newbie questions about charging at Superchargers. Are the costs shown on Tesla's Supercharger page with or without membership? How accurate are those numbers (ie: are they updated regularly)?
GR
Thanks. If that's the case, I might just plan around them as they don't seem to be as common as other charging stations, at least in the Vancouver area.

Since there is no SC on Vancouver Island, what happens if your R1 breaks down and requires service? I am contemplating doing a road trip through Vancouver Island (via ferry, obviously), but worry about something happening that disables my Rivian while on the island.

With my luck, I will get a flat on the first long road trip with the R1S if I decide to go without a spare. The two times I needed a spare were on road trips hundreds of miles away from home.

For those of you who used Turbotax to file the amendment, did you just fire up the software and look for the "amend" option/button? Then, just go to the "EV tax credit section"? Is there a step-by-step guide that I can find so I won't screw this up?
GR
I am well aware of the real world, but that doesn't make it right. It's this kind of stuff that steered me away from Tesla. If Rivian turns out to be no better, it will be one and done for me.
