No audio at all. So if phone rings the car thinks the speaker is on and you hear nothing. Same with playing Sirius from bluetooth. It believes it is working but not. Volume control makes no noise.

Nothing plugged in, tried info reset as speaker quit working after a detail. Finally got around to trying. Tried hard reset (steering wheel button/flasher) nothing. Is there another option?
