    My lock was non functional when I picked up the truck (as was the compressor). Got it serviced and now, locking the cable when I lock the truck is a working thing. Calling the service folks is not a bad idea.

    My SSF experience so far: Picked my truck June 29, and upon initial inspection, it needed items worked on ASAP (accesses, and functionality items) os they scheduled me in at their first opening, October 4. (14 weeks!) As of this moment, it's still there with a promise of this evening or tomorrow...

    I just picked up my truck yesterday and the PAAK doesn't link with my phone. All of the other bluetooth iphone-Rivian functions work, but no connection on the phone key. Looking for solutions..
