I disagree, the pyrofuse fuse doesn't control high voltage. I've changed dozens of them. It has a small 12v charge controlled by the airbag control unit to sever the 12v connection after the airbags have deployed. The high voltage circuit doesn't need anything like that because it already has...

The Pyro switch just severs the 12v connection, you can bypass it and make it start so you can maneuver it around until you can source one.
