Not making any excuses for Rivian, but you are talking about Miami. I lived there for quite a while. Good customer service is not something anyone in Miami should expect from any establishment, period. And that’s coming from someone who otherwise loves Miami.
I’d like to concur. Alexa sound is messed up. Raising her volume doesn’t actually raise her volume. Commands are also affected. She could do with a course of antibiotics. Agree the Overall sound is diminished across the board.

Rivian tech told me today that a service center is coming to Alpharetta soon. They are pushing for later this year but will see. Don’t know how large.
Haven’t had any of this, or at least have not noticed. They will work it out over time I’m sure. Still a lot better than what Tesla was putting out at this stage.

No. But they get in the way of the hvac work. They can’t do it without removing them. So, if you don’t remove them, the fact that they will do it for $250 is a good deal.

They are proactively replacing the 12v battery, the HVAC drain plug, and tightening some stuff at the wheels I believe.
Takes a couple hours and you get the vehicle back the same day. Third party service center is an option for even quicker service.
