Yup I was told the same thing about shimmy. On my last visit, they blamed on road conditions. Iām going to tell them to look into steering wheel on my next visit. There is no way itās normal.

My rabbit hole started when original 20AT tires were super loud and pulling to right when accelerating 50 and up. A SC blamed it was tires. Then I noticed one of the tires was 3/32 and rest were 6/32 and above. So I changed to KO3 and still pulling. Went back to a SC and told them but...
DT provided me the balancing numbers. They were under 10. I have been asking Rivian to look at the steering wheel service bulletin and they ignored it or sounded like it didnāt exist. If you donāt mind can you share the bulletin number or service description from your replacement service? Thanks
Iām having the exact same issue. I had ko3 on and discount tires road force balance for 3 times and they couldnāt make vibration go away. They gave up and changed to another ko3 set and road force balance it 2 more times and still shimmy was there. Then changed to Michelin defender platinum...
Originally April-May estimate with ocean. Switched to BM for earlier delivery after Ocean delayed news. Now with Oct-Dec date. Iām wondering if anyone with ocean got a new estimate. Iām Thinking to switch back to ocean if ocean is still good for later year.

My guild said my configuration is locked but I can go to the site and still make changes. Can you still make changes to your configuration through the website?
I talked to my guide on 4/12, and he told me my reservation is now converted into an order. I will get a PBA once they start building my car. My config is still not locked, and I can still make changes. Did your config got locked after your call with your guide?
Iām also feb 2019 and april/may date and didnāt get email about the guide but when I logged into my account on browser and click on question icon and I see my guide info. You can try it and see if your guide info is there.
