drive motor failure after 2 months of owning. Took 2 weeks to fix and has been trouble free ever since

I had the same thing happen to me about 2 months after I picked it up. Not a single problem since (knock on wood)

Now if we can only get more charging stations in Carson/Reno. Although Reno might be better now that Tesla chargers are open to Rivian.

I'm in Northern California and was with AAA but switched to Rivian/Nationwide when I got my R1S in September becuse it was about $75.00 a month cheaper. Just got my renewal and my 6 month policy went up $550.00!! This is with no tickets or accidents! I feel like they did the old bait and switch...

I also have the same problem and it even happens on flat ground. My service appointment is in February and has been booked since early November.

Does anyone know of someplace in the Bay Area (SF or Peninsula) that would install the horn?

I have the same problem since I 1st picked up my R1S. I have read on these boards that its usually an adjustment that need to be made. I made my appoint 3 weeks ago and I'm scheduled for February lol

Is the Rivian home charger plug a 14-5O? I currently have a 14-50 outlet that I use to charge my Tesla and wanted to know if I can use my existing outlet to charge the Rivian.

this may have been asked and I missed it but is there a light that comes on in the side mirror when a vehicle is in your blind spot? Or is it like Tesla where when you put your blinker on the it shows the lane next to you on the screen?

Can you use the voice commands to ask to play a specific song?

So anyone can walk up and unplug the vehicle? When I'm on a road trip with my 3, I will walk to nearby Starbucks or food place while I'm charging. I like the fact that it locks so no one can just come up and unplug it. I would be livid if I came back after 20-30 minutes to find someone...

My current configuration is Blue with black interior. I may have to change it to the Black or El Cap!

Is the Rivian charger compatible with the Tesla charger? I currently have a 2019 M3 and want to know if I can use my current 14-50 adapter with the Rivian?
