That's a super early VIN, I think that came from a guy in Kalispell who works at Rivian.

It was pulling teeth getting a corrected MCO. They kept failing to sign the right spot on the back. It was playing Who's on First with the paperwork staff, who you can't speak to directly, and having to get basic customer service to pass the info over and over. 3 months.

Same boat, I told Rivian I need a Form 15400 completed since they failed to do the right paperwork up front. I never got a link to that doc. Even if I did and failed to sign, it's really easy for them to complete the form, it's super basic info.

Reviving this for 2024 tax season ?‍♂️ I never got an email like this, and now my 2024 taxes keep getting rejected. I never received an email or any paperwork from Rivian for the Form 15400, and it looks like they never submitted the VIN to IRS. Has anyone else had 2024 issues?
