Took delivery 5/29/24 in WA. Was originally told fall install for PTC. Got it installed 7/25/24. They will install a new button and program internal onscreen button. Process took about 4 hours.

Same day service to repair roof glass. Great service. Old stew’s garage location that Rivian rented out. they have onsite rentals for longer repairs. If not they’ll give you Uber/lyft credits

This was super helpful! Help me catch a couple items for Rivian to address had a cracked in my roof glass and some paint defects on the gear tunnel and interior hinges. didn’t see this in the checklist, but one of my gear tunnel doors was missing ppf.

Nice! Sucks for the delay, but if you're happy with new truck then that is all that matters. Did you complete your financing/leasing application before this?
