Charging in Pagosa has been good but only (2) DCFC located downtown
New design proposal from Tesla to install (2) V3 cabinets with (8) V4 posts in uptown (near City Market)
More charging options is better...
RJ is a good guy. I was at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb last year and RJ was walking thru the start area. Almost questioning, I said "RJ?" and he stopped and said hi. He was open to a quick chat - most CEOs are not that in an open setting. Appreciate his passion for Rivian....I don't think he is in...
Thanks all for the input - much appreciated
Our garage is oversized (30' deep x 28' wide) - garage doors are 8' with (2) floor drains
Good input on the rest of the house - will be incorporating many of the suggestions
Cheers, Andy
Yep - planning HP for hydronic radiant heat (possibly combined for DHW). 2 small mini-splits for cooling if we can't open windows for cooling in the summer (main concern is smoke....). All electric :)
Agreed Donald - building a straw bale home and the garage will be a conditioned space. Our garage in PHX in the summer is over 100F (if I was staying in the valley of the sun I would add a mini-split to the garage)
Hi all
Building a new house in Pagosa Springs - breaking ground in May this spring
Currently have planned for (2) L2 chargers in the garage
We currently have solar and batteries in PHX and will plan for future PV in the new house
If you were planning a new house what details would you add...
Stopped at the Del Norte RAN on our way to Longmont. Nice install. Little grocery store next to the site. Also - the Mellow Moon hotel in Del Norte has a L2 that was free for hotel guests. Super nice to charge all night and wake up to a warm battery and good charge on our way back thru NM to AZ.
Thanks for the input on this topic. Going on my annual San Juan river flyfish trip in January. Temps likely in the teens during the night at Navaho Dam and only 120V at the rental house.
Hi all
After 27K on the OEM 20" Pirelli's I'm looking at replacement primarily due to the road noise
Suggestions for new tires based on the below?
Mainly city/highway driving on dry roads in AZ
Road trips to CO/UT/NM for skiing and fishing
Minimal "rock crawling" - forest service roads mainly...
Hi all
Planning a road trip from PHX to Cruces (for a wedding) and then on to SF (for green chile and rugby)
Any input on chargers in the Cruces area?
Cheers, Andy
