Our Tesla universal charger was replaced twice under warranty. It would keep giving overheating errors in the summer in the garage (temps in high 70s). The 3rd one seems to work fine for now.
Re. The 12V battery, the vehicle now gives you a warning to replace it before it fails. Got the message in my 22 R1T and got batteries replaced under warranty. Family loves the truck (our first) and it fits our lifestyle perfectly. Only issue right now is the very long lead time to get an...
Ironically it's working in that conservative EV haters are now buying Tesla just to piss off Dems. Talk about reverse psychology. Absolutely not condoning vandalism but pointing out the unintended consequences.
What I am really looking forward to is OOS getting a R1S dual standard. I bought a R1T partially based on Kyle's in depth reviews, and would love to see the same level of reviews for the R1S LFP. My biggest concern is how it performs in the cold since I live in the mountains.
That's the definition of every single form of publication that reviews products. OOS is no different. One can always watch Kim Java reviews instead. :)
My guess is that R2 will get the latest and greatest tech, and R1 hardware won't get much attention for a long time, just like Tesla S and X got left behind.

Ok, so I went and watched their review of the Jeep Wagoneer EV. I think I will stick with OOS. At least, his reviews seem a lot more honest, and he calls out shit cars when he reviews one. Thanks for the recommendation.
I know it's cool to dump on Kyle but overall his videos are pretty informative. The DS lease is a crazy value right now and the charging curve is attractive.
Is there a better reviewer on YouTube?
