  2. 9 days into ownership r1s trimax, not impressed

Are you looking for help? You may want to work on your sentence structure.
  3. Poll: Would you buy your Rivian again?

I would assume theres more T than S owners since they came first. Also, you are talking first adopters which I would expect to be active on the forums. I may be wrong. Edit: I voted yes on my S quad from Nov 23. I love it but don’t like the 200K mile suspension sounds at 30K. Hoping Gen 2 quad...
  4. Rivian Leads The Way - Headlights

Because EVERYONE one here with gen2 headlights has come on saying what a game changer they are. Thread after thread.
  5. I need a good weekly wax for my 2025 black tri

I’m either nothing or all out. My previous experience is anything easy to apply is not going to last. You are looking for a professional ceramic coating. I did my own, paint correction and all. Overall it stays cleaner but dust does attract. Its the nature of the beast. Flip side, if its a...
  6. Accident caught on rear camera - hit by 16 yo on her phone!

Why why why!!!! I got rear ended yesterday!!!!! Theres a magnet on the back right?
  7. 2025.06 Update Release Notes

How about an automatic horn honk when the car in front of me doesn’t go on green! GET OFF YOUR DAMN PHONES PEOPLE!!!! Features enabling people to be on their phones at traffic lights don’t sound like a good idea.
  8. Charging a Rivian with an Ecoflow Delta Pro

I installed solar but if I were looking at these types of generators I would definitely build my own.
  9. Ceramic coating worth the cost?

Wow. That one requires wet sanding with a block. I don’t think theres enough clear coat there to get that flat. Thats nuts. I DIY corrected mine before ceramic. I didn’t have anything like this. Just minor swirls and some odd blemishes here and there.
  10. The Most Powerful Production Trucks You Can Get in the U.S.

Theres not a single diesel on the list, the engines trades actually use. Also the article states horsepower while torque is the actual component that matters in trucks. Most full sized diesel offerings from Ford, GM and Ram are over 1,000 lbs. I think Ford is the highest around 1,200 Lbs of...
  11. The Most Powerful Production Trucks You Can Get in the U.S.

The only problem with this list is it’s missing the real trucks in the US.
  12. HVAC Drain Plug Replacement

Customer Service called me on Monday this week and made the appointment at the San Antonio SC for Wednesday morning this week. I got a R1S loaner and my R1S was done by 4pm Wednesday. That was the drain plug and they fixed my front axle clunks also. Kuddos to Rivian SA SC!!!!! I gave them all 5...
  13. HVAC Drain Plug Replacement

I had customer service call me. They scheduled the appointment in SA over the phone. They actually got me in for tomorrow. I need to go to the SC because I also have half shafts that need replaced.
  14. HVAC Drain Plug Replacement

I spend most of my time around hwy 46 between New Braunfels and Pipe Creek, and south into SA on 281. Black R1S. I”m a builder so I get around. Locations are subject to change any given month lol.
  15. HVAC Drain Plug Replacement

Did you schedule through the app or call? Mine won’t show the SAT location in the app. First it shows mobile service only (which I need to take it in for a half shaft issue) or when I hit see more locations, it only comes up with Austin, Houston and Dallas. Edit: I set my location at the top to...
  16. HVAC Drain Plug Replacement

Yeah I live in Spring Branch. I was hoping I could use the SC in San Antonio for this but you are right, it doesn’t come up. I have other issues too so I need to take it to a SC. Austin SC for me is an 1:20 trip. San Antonio is only about 30 or 40 minutes at the most. The Rivain AI bot sucks.
  17. HVAC Drain Plug Replacement

I got this email yesterday. I don’t see anything posted on this forum from anyone else so this brings up two surprises to me. 1. Am I the only one? 2. They have an option of using a 3rd party vendor.
  18. Bent Tie Rod - NOT covered under warranty??

I see both sides. It’s an adventure vehicle but how hard did you crank the wheel? How hard does an adventure vehicle need to be cranked? I personally wouldn’t accept the prognosis.
  19. Does anyone know what time today the big mirage taking shape news is supposed to be revealed?

I sure hope they don’t announce beige as a new color…… Bring on the quad already.
