This is confusing, I didn't think the new small slats TC would be able to be retrofitted into the original setup. Also, in my head I see the versions as:
V1: Original TC that had torque issues and would jam
V2: Fixed version of the TC that moved slower and jammed less
V3: New thin slats...
Do you HAVE to have the alignment done at the SC? There's about a 2 month backlog at mine, and they hold your car for 3 weeks before working on it for a day.
I've had driver+ issues since April this year. It'll work for a week, then not work for a month or 2. I brought it in for service and of course it was during a week when it worked so they didn't repair anything... I scheduled another service visit for a ridealong, but it took 2 months and yet...
Even with Dynamic Sound off my sound levels are crazy high. I exclusively listen to my phone on bluetooth, and I went from an average sound setting of 10 to a setting of 2. Setting it to 3 makes it so I can't have a comfortable conversation in the vehicle.

I hate audio controls on the right side of the wheel on any car, if you're using your right hand for audio controls just use the console, IMHO.
Also it just makes sense with our setup, having the right hand take care of all the Driving controls as the stalk is on the right has cruise control...
