We received our R1S quad motor on December 30, 2023 (we have about 17K miles on it). It has been in the shop for a total of 0 days (we did have the windshield replaced due to a rock crack (not a crack rock), but that was in and out in under one day.
Let us know what they say. I have the same problem. I have filed a ticket but am 4 hours from the service center and don't want to make a trip just for this.

I have the same issue with Alexa and Spotify, although Alexa does work with some other voice functions (turning up/down the temperature, for example). I look forward to hearing if they get this fixed. Please keep us updated!
I was able to transfer my lifetime platinum subscription from a radio in the house that I rarely use to my Rivian. The fee was $35. Interestingly, the XM rep said they were having problems transferring subscriptions to Teslas, but Rivians seem to be working fine.
I got a call from Rivian yesterday saying that my R1S had just arrived via tow truck at the Salt Lake service center. Except, the car was in my garage about 650 miles from SLC! :CWL:

Sometimes the negative drowns out the positive. I wanted to give a shout out to the Boise Service Center and their techs for addressing some minor panel gaps and eliminating the wind noise coming from the driver's door window. They went above and beyond. Thanks Rivian Boise. You made my day!
