I'm also in the camp of "learn to wait for kneel to complete". :p
My wife is also short and it took us a few weeks to learn to be patient for a few seconds it takes the vehicle to lower. Kneel mode also resumes if the doors are re-closed within 90 seconds. So if you open the door by accident...
Thanks for heads up. I’m doing a relatively small upgrade. Mainly to correct the lows.
I’m planning on adding:
JL Audio JD250/1 amps
JL Audio 8W3v3-4 sub
You think I’ll still need a second battery?
HankTheTank wants to know if Serge is a tri motor or dual?
Mind sharing start-end destination? I just skipping on a trip to SLC via Nevada due to the very few chargers.
I’ve done 2600 miles in my TriMax R1T with AT 20’’. I get around 2.2-2.6 miles per kWh on the highway at 70mph in 65F temps in Conserve mode, standard height. Around 300 miles range. SF Bay topography so hills and flats.
Rivian just started offering the 22” Range wheels so I’m looking to get...
Elon is not an engineer. He's good at regurgitating information and stutters doing so, making him sound "special".
Also, while I love how the vehicle looks, honestly great design, the harvester is a dumb idea. Something to make boomers feel cozy and warm. This country needs a massive...
Yeah I'm leaning towards waiting on CHP to tell me to fix it before I spend $100+ on a 3dv printed license place holder. I'm personally not a fan of how it looks.
But if I was to drill the bumper, any screw suggestions?
I’m of the same opinion, running 20’’ AT. Today I did a 60 mile trip with heavy winds and rain, averaging 65mph, Conserve mode with ride height Standard. Hit on average 2.3-2.5mi/kwh. So same or very close to Auto height (low).
Cool. Thanks for sharing. You can definitely feel when the rear motors are engaged in Conserve mode. Nothing major, but since the ride is so quiet, you feel a gentle nudge when the power comes in.
I'm still curious about the tire wear and ride height issues.
