Can't say I've read all the comments, by my 2 cents is that if you drive curvy roads, sport mode is great! Gen 1 Dual-Max Performance on 20" wheels. I use it anytime I'm going up or down the hill.

Change the cabin air filter once a year. Same thing in any modern vehicle.

Buddy with a dual max makes it from the bay to kings beach no problem.

I towed my G23 no problem without a WDH this spring. Super smooth. 2500’ elevation gain up a windy road. If it was a windy day I would have probably postponed. I was nervous bc I couldn’t find good information. This thread would have been nice to read.

Thanks, I’m looking for more granular control than that I suppose. My truck is typically unlocked in my garage when I want this, so I have to go through a lock/unlock cycle to get the lights on that way. Also, my puddle lights don’t come on in that scenario when I just tested it.

Specifically I want to be able to turn on the puddle lights, but the bed lights and light bar and/or headlights would be nice too! Sorry if this has been requested before. I did a quick search and didn’t spot it. On that note, what’s considered the best way to submit feature requests to Rivian...

Same here! I got to pull a 4-Runner out of the snow bank at the end of my road the other day. Used the front hooks and tow strap for the second time. First time was to drag something that got delivered on a pallet in my driveway. A real car was way more exciting.

Today was a pinball day. Look for the videos of the Fox and Hound intersection. Similar to the Ski Run days last year. My R1T with stock 20” ATs slid around a little in the same conditions but had no issues handling it at all. I’ll definitely get more winter oriented tires when these wear out...

Been living in Tahoe for 10 years and visiting regularly for 10 years before that. You’ll never be hassled about carrying traction devices as long as you have an AWD/4WD vehicle with appropriate tires. They will close the roads instead of moving to R3. Save your money.
