The RAN charger in San Antonio was $0.36 cents in October. I checked today and it is now $0.50 per kWh no peak times listed while the Tesla charger (adapter required but without Tesla membership) less than a mile away is $0.39 per kWh at peak times. I think the original poster has a right to...
I was thinking more of Gen 1 camera replacement that got us to clear 1080P resolution. There are after market cameras for many other brands of cars that provide better resolution.
Has anyone looked at the possibility of upgrading the Gen 1 cameras to what would have been available if Covid hadn't limited the supply? If the processing hardware can handle the higher data needs, it should be straightforward to upgrade assuming the software would recognize the signal
Here is the thread where some of us have been discussing the issues and cleaning techniques.

Tesla is getting there with more manufacturers having access. I experienced a broken pin and a charging handle/cord laying on the ground in the rain at different Tesla locations this week. I am also cleaning the pins on all Tesla chargers now as a preventative measure to try and reduce the...
Nope. Don't agree with you. I drive another vehicle that has the resume "feature" and I PREFER the way the Rivian is setup. I find the Rivian way new and better.

I had this happen for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I have 32,000 miles on my '22 R1T. Glad this forum was here as I had read others reports and wasn't worried.
I finally had the opportunity to use my cleaning swabs on two public fast charging locations. I decided to clean a brand new Tesla V4 station's connectors because I had problems with a different station the day before derating to 35kw. I didn't get to use the same station when I went back the...
Thank you. So no other company than Amazon has currently taken delivery although some are testing and some vans may have been ordered for delivery in the next few months.
The other option if you have the room wherever you live is to rotate your own. If you have the full size spare then it's pretty straight forward. I do mine every 5,000 miles. I can rotate mine quicker than taking it to a shop and it gives me the chance to check suspension, brakes, etc.
Has anyone else noticed that the charge percentage blinks off and on for a few seconds after changing the percentage in the app. It appears that the app is waking the truck to make the change. If you don't wait for it to stop flashing the change does not stick
