Same issue here. I have a mobile appt. next week but honestly I'm very doubtful they will be able to do anything to resolve it.
I was told two updates ago that "The next update will fix it", I think that's just platitudes at this point.
I'll update this thread after the mobile service call...
Purely from an ease of use standpoint I would say that the A2Z Typhoon Pro wins hands down. One button to push and the orientation of your hands while pushing that button makes it easy to remove both the adapter from the car and the NACS connector from the adapter.
The Rivian/Tesla adapter uses...
The guy I talked with said he was not aware of this being an issue. I had opened a ticket a month ago and was told the update would resolve it.
I have a mobile appt. On 2/18/25 but am skeptical that anything will change ass a result.
Please, if you are having this issue, open a ticket so...
Reversing improved.
Alexa voice commands still don't work with Spotify.
Had a frustrating conversation with Rivian yesterday about Alexa/Spotify, if you're having this issue please open a ticket so they can see the depth of the problem.
Just chatted with Rivian CS, apparently they recognize this as a known issue and are saying it will be addressed in the next OTA update, due mid-January 2025.
Fingers crossed!
Exact same issues for us. We have a Connect+ subscription and a Spotify subscription. Alexa has worked to control Spotify in the past. Each vehicle update seems to require an infotainment reset to get her to work again but after this most recent update it still isn't working after multiple hard...
I've been able to bias over to the far right hand side of the parking space and then pull the R1S far enough forward in the stall that the Supercharger cable will (just barely) reach.
I suspect it depends on the station and whether there are bollards (my new favorite EV related word) preventing...
Glad to know there is some adjustment available.
My solution has been to swap sides on the track in question ie. rotate the passenger side to the driver side. I have one finicky latch and this has worked so far.
Boy will an R2 or R3 tri-motor be spicy!
I did a quick trip in ABRP using R2 Large Pack. It says I would arrive at my destination at 8% SOC after travelling 215 miles. 215/92% = 233 miles from 100-0%. Seems kind of low...
My hope is that this all happened as a part of A2Z trying to work with Tesla to authorize the use of their adapters.
Tesla didn't like the V1 and so was reluctant to approve any A2Z. By pulling the V1's out of the market hopefully they are clearing a path for official approval of the V2 for...
