Flated compact bed top fits Ford Maverick, Rivian R1T, check website for product fit: https://flated.com/products/compact-maverick-cap46
Used in good condition. Was on and off my R1T for a year found I did not use the space as much as I thought. Solid top. Never had to re-inflate while it was...
I had to look more into this. I canāt find any other examples of cars made today other than Tesla and Rivian that donāt have an emergency key hidden in the key fob for entry. Iām curious which others have gone down this route?
Interesting idea so basically attempt to push back power thru the...
One of the main gripes I have about these electric vehicles. Any by these I mean Tesla and Rivian specifically, is there is no physical key. Access to the vehicle is entirely dependent on the 12v battery functioning properly, and as we know this seems to be the achilles heel of these vehicles...
Yes. When I took everything apart and started working on adding foam spacers to speakers I noticed that there was still squeaking sounds coming from the grille which I identified as coming from the metal housing rubbing against the plastic backing. I separated these by GENTLY bending back the...
Calling all noise mitigation DIY'ers.
I am at my wits end with what I will call a twanging noise like one would hear after someone jumps off of a diving board in a cartoon originating from somewhere in the dash. This happens on mildly bumpy roads (not off-roading) at 20-30 mph and seems to be...
This is a great explanation for that rattling. Thank you.
I have noticed less rattling noise when fully extended (highest setting) although this is not possible in on-road drive modes.
follow up:
mobile service completed battery replacement and replaced both tailgate latch assemblies. It took him about 2 hours to complete this service with removing and re-installing my soft bed cover
The tech noted there was no difference in the battery that was replaced. Itās just another...
At first glance the Rivian adapter looks like it will fit a 30A dryer receptacle but these are slightly different. The Rivian is a 50A RV type so you need to ensure you get the right adapter. The links I provided in a reply somewhere in this thread has them.
thanks. Will check that out the next time Iām up there.
this trip was definitely worth it but we hit the weather just right with several huge dumps before we arrived then several epic powder days. The length of trip justifies at least a week stay IMHO.
This response sounds a little āfanboyā but I agree that regardless of vehicle itās about planning for contingencies. Whether that be going with a partner or having the right stuff to handle the likely and less likely events that may occur depending on how far out youāre going. The issue for me...
The stops are nicely spaced to get some rest from drive fatigue so that part is actually helpful as it forces you to rest/stretch.
Im sure it would be fine. The blizzak tires are just insanely grippy on snow/ice. The 97 is just a white knuckle drive if nearly any winter weather rolls in but...
Will reply back once all of this is done. So far 0$ on invoices and all is under warranty. I did see what they expect to charge for a battery replacement and frankly. Nope. I will replace with a LiFePO4E with a charge controller when the warranty is up as these can be remotely monitored and are...
Totally on the same page here. Iām seeking a hidden exterior spot to keep a small 12v jumper to use on rear leads for just this reason.
Same issue with not getting the truck going from rear leads. Was only able to get doors open. So I wound up jumping directly to the 12v under the hood on the...
