So out of the blue I get a phone call from Rivian. They need to schedule my Gen2 R1T for a service visit. When I ask the reason all he knew was that my VIN came up on their list for an engineering investigation. Anyone else have this happen? What the heck is an engineering investigation?

So I did a bone head move and this is the result. Actually when it happened the panel was knocked off. I glued it back on. Then I take it to one of the authorized collision repair shops. The guy says we’ll probably just replace the whole door mechanism. I get the estimate and it’s $4,400.00...

Excuse my lack of knowledge when it comes to software versions. My 2025 Gen2 R1T came delivered with version 2024.31.30 I have a couple of questions:
1. Is there a list of software versions someplace?
2. I get that the first 4 numbers are the year but what do the other two sets of numbers...
Taking delivery of a 2025 R1T next week, pretty excited about it. Having the Tesla Universal Charger installed tomorrow. What adapter do I need to use this wall charger with my Rivian? I know we need an adapter to use the super charger. Thanks for educating me.
