Switched from Geico (customer for 10+ years) to Rivian/Nationwide. Saved about $600/ year overall. Have house, auto (2 cars), umbrella ($5M).
Your rate seems reasonable, but no harm in checking out other carriers as well.
Have had the Evsportsline android auto screen/adapter since Feb. No issues, works great. Added a $5 off switch as otherwise the unit keeps automatically connecting to your phone if you're nearby.
Glad to hear it. Yes the passenger window not fully closing also happened to me.
Mobile tech showed me how he fixed it.
If you want to try it, you can do so. Just trove the strip on top of the window, and you will see a plastic top. Just try opening it a little bit using a flat screwdriver or...
Very misleading but definitely room for improvement. You could be sitting in bumper to bumper traffic for 30+ minutes and your efficiency would be through the roof.
Need options for varying time frames. Or put it somewhere in main screen as a sub menu with more details.
On the side screen, it...
Some of these display features should be made customizable to move between screens and or panels. It's great to see the efficiency but I would like the top of that to be for - say - clock or something else.
I replaced mine with Black w Yellow Accent lettering from Abstract Ocean. Looks great.
Took about 45 minutes for doing all through the vehicle, including the emblems.
Next plan is to use TWraps chrome delete kit.
I would suggest to not do the next reset before engaging Rivian SC. Just to ensure they don't see any issues in connecting with the vehicle etc from their side.
If you go through my past posts, you can see my history with the R1S included replacing failed TCM module which was in the middle of a...
Yes, i had it (somewhat coincidentally) two days back as well.
It was fixed after i did the hard reset. To be precise, I did one hard reset before calling the Rivian Service Center number. And based on their recommendation, I did another hard reset about 1 hour later, and things were good...
That's interesting. I drive a lot and will most likely exceed my 45k in 3 years by lease end. I wonder if matching would help.
My payoff quote is ~63k. I am not sure if carfax value for a 2024 R1S would be anywhere close to that much in 2027. Let's see.
Agree. I have found that the Auto setting need to be turned on every few days. I thought the 35.0 update fixed it, but doesn't seem to be the case.
Will see if 39.0 brings consistency.
Not a deal breaker, but would be good to have this (among many) minor issue fixed.
Sorry about your experience, OP.
That is definitely poor customer service.
I have the EVbase boards and have had no issues during package delivery or after. But I understand that your experience has essentially turned you off from all their offerings.
OP -
I added a android auto screen from ev sportsline two weeks after I got the r1s. I knew that the native navigation is work in progress so I made my choice.
You have choices, and it is ultimately you who chose to ignore or not learn about all options available.
This is nowhere close to a...
Usually the phase where they test it internally to help identify issues if any. Once they are done with UAT, they make final release notes etc for that version, stage it so the actual updates can be pushed to all vehicles.
If you can get the adhesive seal added to the inside and outside door frames, that would be enough to suppress majority of the noise.
Also, i would suggest you to do a drive on your usual roads that you take and see how much the difference in noise levels are. If they are significantly better, i...
