My experience is similar on my Gen 1 R1T; not dead silent, but no squeaks, groans, rattles, etc.. The truck is a 2024, with a VIN in the low 30,000 range, so likely has the upgraded design.

I have fond memories of my Beetle and Vanagon, and would have considered the ID.Buzz. I think VW did a decent job in the looks department with it, but is very wide of the mark elsewhere. The combination of very modest range and luxury-car level pricing is one that will not likely lead to many sales.
